Visas are promptly available upon request, ensuring a swift recruitment and deployment process for the required employees. The timeline for receiving the worker varies based on the job and nationality.

As the employee is under Mueen's sponsorship, all associated expenses are covered by Mueen and invoiced to your company.

Mueen charges your company for all actual costs related to employee legalities, service costs, and statutory employee costs, excluding payroll costs for non-working days (absence days).

All legal liabilities and responsibilities, including sponsorship, salaries, end-of-service benefits, vacation, Iqama (residence card), health and social insurance, Ministry of Labor work permit fees, and return trip tickets, are borne by Mueen.

Your outsourced employees operate entirely under your management and strictly adhere to your company's policies and procedures.

The cost for replacing employees who do not align with the position is determined on a case-by-case basis, contingent on the employee's performance during the probationary period.

Mueen provides assurances on quality, timely support for grievances, payroll, and adherence to employee legalities and statutory benefits.

You have the flexibility to source, interview, and select your own candidates or authorize our overseas recruitment experts to do so in your place.

The employee is eligible to commence work from the first day of arrival in Saudi Arabia, since they already possess a work visa, without the need for an original Iqama.

All your personnel services and administrative work are managed by Mueen through a dedicated Account Manager assigned to promptly address your concerns.
